2017 Rental Guidelines and Rates 

 Stall Boarding Fee: (All Animals must be stalled.  No round pens or overnight tie outs are allowed).

1 day- $15.00
2 days- $30.00
3-5 days- $45.00

Bagged shavings will be available from the Ag. Center for $7.00 per bag. (+Tax)

(Minimum of two bags required)

1. * Per day boarding is from 3:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. the following day.
            2. Stalls must be bedded if used to house an animal. If stall is used to house an
                 animal without bedding there will be a $80.00 cleaning and dirt removal fee.
     3. If stalls are needed for overnight stays, for either early show arrivals or
                overnight stays during non-scheduled show event weeks, prior arrangements
                                 with the Jackson County Ag. Office must be made at least one day before your arrival.

Arena Rental $400.00 per day (+ Tax)

** This rental fee includes 10 hours of light use per day. Any light usage beyond
the allowed amount will be $10.00 per hour. (+Tax)

*** Additional fees or charges are applicable for special setup request.
1. * Per day arena rent is from 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. the following day
2. The arena rent includes use of the covered arena, outdoor arena and restroom
areas. (except the restrooms inside the lobby)
3. Lights and sound system must be turned off at the end of each event day.

RV Hookup Rentals:

$20.00 per day (+Tax) (30 amp)
$35.00 per day (+ Tax) (50 Amp) .

Auditorium:

$400.00 per day* (+ Tax)

If the auditorium is used in relationship with the multi-pupose room the total
cost for both rooms is $650.00 per day. (+ Tax)
A  FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGE TO FACILITY

1. The auditorium can be used for meetings, reunions, receptions and banquets.

(NOT AVAILABLE FOR COCKTAIL PARTIES)
2. * Per day auditorium rental is from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. the following day
3. The auditorium includes use of the kitchen and lobby area.
4. If the auditorium is needed in relationship with an arena event the Ag.
Facility Personnel must be notified at least one week ahead of time,
assuming the auditorium is not already booked. Special rates apply,
please check with the Ag. Facility.
5. Lights, heating/cooling system and sound system must be turned off after use
of the facility. All doors must be securely locked before leaving.

Multi-Purpose Room:

$400.00 per day* (+ Tax)

*If the multi-purpose room is used in relationship with the auditorium the total
cost for both rooms is $650.00 per day. (+ Tax).  If used with a Covered Arena Event, Ask Ag Center Management for specific cost.

1. The multi-purpose room includes the use of the grounds restrooms. (Except the lobby restrooms.)
2. Lights, heating/cooling system and sound system must be turned off after use
of the facility. All doors must be securely locked before leaving.

A $200 Deposit is required at time of booking.

Any damage to Property will be billed to renter.
